Ghost Events Scotland - Terms and Conditions

1. Our Terms
All dealings with Ghost Events Scotland is on these terms detailed below.  If you do not agree with the terms, then cease use of the Ghost Events Scotland web site immediately. 

2. Information  
We work very hard to make sure information on the Ghost Events Scotland site is accurate and up to date.  Please contact us immediately if you find any information that is incorrect.  However, you should independently check any information before relying on it.  No representations are made by us that the information is accurate and up to date or complete and we do not accept liability for loss arising from any inaccuracy or information that is out of date.  This is a web site providing information free of charge. 

3. Copyright  
Copyright material appears on the Ghost Events Scotland site, which is property of Ghost Events Scotland.  Do not copy anything on the Ghost Events Scotland site without our prior emailed or written consent.  We do not give permission for you to republish, alter, transmit or otherwise copy any material on the Ghost Events Scotland site, but you may download information from the Ghost Events Scotland site for your own personal use.  Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without express permission from Ghost Events Scotland. 

4. Liability  
As information on our site if provided free of charge, we do not accept liability for any out of date or incorrect information.  We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or good will arising from your use of the Ghost Events Scotland site or information on the Ghost Events Scotland site. 

5. Supply of goods or services  
Where you buy goods or services from the Ghost Events Scotland site you are subject to our Conditions of Supply, which supplement these conditions. 

6. Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation of your booking can be made up to 2 weeks before the event. If you need to cancel your booking, you will be refunded the amount paid less the booking deposit of £25 per person. If you cancel your booking after this point, no money will be refunded.

7.Payments
Payments can be made using any of the following methods: Paypal, Nochex, Credit/Debit Card, Cheque, Postal Order. Payment must be made in full before the event. Once full payment has been received, you will receive confirmation of your booking. Places will only be secured once full booking deposit or full payment has been received.

8. Transfer
Once you have made your booking, this booking cannot be sold or transferred under any circumstances. You may be asked to provide your confirmation/receipt as proof of your booking.

9. Change Booking
Changing your booking to another event will incur an admin fee of £10. Changing your booking can only be done up to 14 days prior to the event.

We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a variation on the Ghost Events Scotland site without any prior notification.

Conditions of Supply

Any information shown on the Ghost Events Scotland web site will be kept as up to date as possible.

Ticket availability should be confirmed by telephone or email before making any payment.

Once you booking deposit or full payment is received you will receive confirmation of your booking by letter. If you require a receipt for your payment, please include this information at the time of booking. All booking deposits are non refundable in the event of the buyer cancelling their booking, if the event is cancelled by Ghost Events Scotland a full refund will be given including booking deposit or another event may be booked.

Any person taking part in a Ghost Events Scotland tour will be subject to any rules set down by the Location Manager. Details of rules will be given at the time of the event. Any person found to be in breach of these rules will be immediately removed from the tour. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

If any person is found to be behaving in an offensive or inappropriate manner, they will be immediately removed from the tour. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

For safety reasons, consumption of alcohol will not be tolerated during Ghost Events Scotland tours. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, during a tour, will be immediately removed from the tour. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

Would not recommend taking part in any Ghost Events Sotland events if you are pregnant or suffer from a heart condition or any other serious illness. If you suffer from any serious medical condition, this must be reported at the time of booking.

Customers are responsible for their own actions, and no liability will be accepted by Ghost Events Scotland for any injury or damage to person or property.

Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Ghost Events Scotland reserve the right to reshedule, amend, change locations or cancel any of our events without prior notice. In the event of cancellation an alternative event may be booked or a full refund will be given minus any payment charges. In the event of cancellation, Ghost Finders Scotland will not be held liable for other costs incurred by you eg travel costs, accomodation costs.

Disclaimer
All information regarding alleged paranormal activity at each location is correct to the best of our knowledge. We do not under any circumstances fabricate or use misleading information regarding paranormal activity at any of our locations. However, we cannot give any guarantee that any paranormal activity will take place during the event. Ghost Events Scotland will not be held responsible for the consequences of any trauma experienced during any of our events.
